Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dktk1 platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") and its users ("you", "member", or "player").
By creating an account on dktk1 or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form a complete legal framework governing your relationship with the platform.
dktk1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use the gaming services on dktk1. This platform is intended solely for users aged 21 and above. We may request a national identity card or other valid documents at any time to verify your age.
2.2 Account Creation Requirements
Each person may only create one account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

- Your correct date of birth
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Single Account Policy
Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all related accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
Personal Data Security
dktk1 treats the protection of your personal data as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to keep all your data transmissions secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
dktk1 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact us via live chat.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account that was used to make the deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made:
- Account verification has been fully completed
- Wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met
- The deposit method and withdrawal method are the same
- There is no active investigation on the account
4.4 Currency
All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
dktk1 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x and applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- dktk1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- In cases of bonus abuse, dktk1 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.
5.4 VIP Program
dktk1's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback. VIP membership upgrades automatically based on your activity.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All games offered on dktk1 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The specific rules for each game are displayed in detail within the game interface.
6.2 Betting Conditions
Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs. In the event of a technical error, dktk1 will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the published odds and results shall be considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake placed on that match will be refunded.
6.4 System Errors
If a software or hardware fault results in an incomplete game session or incorrect results being displayed, dktk1 will review all relevant logs to ensure a fair resolution.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dktk1 platform:
- Attempting to access another person's account without their permission
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Providing fraudulent or false information
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
- Operating multiple accounts
- Harassing other members or engaging in offensive behaviour
- Abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting)
- Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Depositing funds from a third party or withdrawing funds for the benefit of a third party
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 dktk1's Rights
dktk1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Providing a false identity
- Bonus abuse
- Creating a security risk
8.2 Member's Rights
You may close your account at any time by requesting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account has had no activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.
Responsible Gaming
